If you're experiencing issues receiving your One-Time Password (OTP) during the LincSell email verification process, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
The OTP email may have been mistakenly filtered into your spam or junk folder. Please review all email folders thoroughly.
2. Verify Your Email Address
Ensure that the email address you entered during registration is correct and properly formatted.
3. Allow a Few Minutes for Delivery
Sometimes, OTP delivery may be slightly delayed due to server or network latency. Wait at least 3–5 minutes before requesting a new OTP.
